Caprese garden salad (Recipe to come)

Zucchini and Hamburger hash (Recipe to come)

Week 3

Monday
Stuffed Peppers, cooked carrots

Tuesday
Honey Lime Chicken Enchiladas, edamame

Wednesday
Spaghetti Green Beans, 

Thursday
Breakfast for dinner, (GF and regular french toast, sausage)

Friday
Black bean and Salsa Chicken- Crockpot, fruit

Week 2

Friday
Costco hot dogs (gluten and Corn free!!)

Saturday
Homemade Pizza

Monday
Beef and Bean burritos/carrots
(can use corn tortillas for GF, or just eat inside mixture)

Tuesday
Zucchini Boats

Wednesday
Homemade French Toast
(Gluten free bread recipe to follow)

Thursday
Crepes with Chicken and peppers

Week 1


Friday
Fish Tacos, broccoli, canned peaches  (My kids usually will just eat the fish... no shell) OR I just grill a piece of chicken in place.


Saturday 
Grilled Chicken & Rice, carrots, watermelon
Sunday we usually eat with our extended family so I don't plan much other than PB&J


Monday
Regular Tacos, Peas, Watermelon     (My daughter doesn't like ground beef, so she has a quesadilla, My son just has the taco meat... with homemade taco seasoning, no shells)


Tuesday
Curry Chicken & Rice, Broccoli   Wednesday
Spaghetti, Green beans, Parmesan bread     (Of course, my son's bread and noodles are gluten free)


Thursday
Breakfast for dinner (usually pancakes, eggs, sausage)
